SPM results out on March 23

KUALA LUMPUR: The Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination results will be out on March 23.  Education director-general Datuk Abdul Ghafar Mahmud confirmed the date yesterday with the News Straits Times.

Sharing is Caring? Kalau Dah Tak Care macam mana?

Bila dah belajar Perkongsian, kenalah belajar pembubaran pulak.  So we need to do something to the accounts to settle things.  Why lah nak bubarkan ni?

Some of the good reasons nak bubarkan perkongsian are:-

Matlamat perkongsian penubuhahn telah dicapai.

Kerana semua rakan kongsi bersetuju untuk membubarkan perkongsian mereka.

Perkongsian dijadikan syarikat berhad, iaitu sama ada syarikat sendirian berhad atau awam berhad.

… And some bad ones are:-

Salah seorang pekongsi meninggal dunia, hilang upaya atau muflis

Perkongsian yang mengalami kerugian yang beterusan.

Mengikut perintahan daripada mahkamah untuk membubarkan perkongsian.

Time Is Catching Up

So now you’re no longer in Form 4.  Dah masuk Form 5, SPM is around the corner.  Pejam celik, tak lama lagi result SPM pulak, dah sibuk nak fikir Uni mana nak masuk, scholarship mana nak apply etc.  Kesimpulannyer, don't waste time.  Bila kita dah sure what we want for ourselves, we must work for it.  There is no such thing as Luck! (sorry yer kepada sesiapa yang percaya nasib ni).  Work smart... Kalau study last minute tu bukan smart, tu work Hard... ada tahan ker nak stay up sampai pagi? nak cram semua in one night?  Jangan...
